Discussion Questions:

1. Have you ever worked really hard at something (maybe a project at work or school), then been afraid that all of that work wouldn't matter in the end? Where does that fear originate? Read Galatians 4:12-20, and see if you can see where that fear originates for Paul.

2. Who do you care and labor for? As you identify who, and specific instances of how you labor for those people, what is your motivation?

3. Which area in the pursuit of Christlikeness do you need to grow, both for yourself and in how you engage with others? Patience or persistence? Keep in mind patience is often needed more with others than self, and vice-versa with persistence.
