Reflection Questions

  1. What pictures come to mind (or rather, should come to mind) from “image” and “likeness” and “rule?” How does the biblical understanding of these determine how you express the privilege and responsibility of what it means to carry God’s glory in creation?
  2. Have you ever considered that the rest of creation was intended for the utilization of mankind for the glory of God? What things come to mind when you think about this and what is available to you as you seek to pursue such a blessed purpose?
  3. How does Christ inform our understanding of the image of God and the contents of the previous two questions?
